Recent Alcohol-Related Tragedies involving Indiana State University  Students

Gerald Smith, May 8, 2009, Indiana State University How and why? Gerald was last seen at a bar near campus that he frequented.  Gerald was found a week after he went missing, 96 winding miles down the Wabash River from Terre. Gerald was found to have had a blood-alcohol content of 0.149%.
