Compelling the Federal Government to Act

After eighteen months, the US Department of Education finally spoke to us!

 

In December 2005, we made our first contact with the US Department of Education related to our concerns with the compliance with what appeared to be an effectively written federal dealing with underage and excessive drinking practices on college campuses.  The information provided below provides the results of that inquiry.
