Does this need to happen? Alcohol culture persists despite law aimed to prevent-see more.

Ken lost his life after being separated from his friends after leaving a party.  He was found in a creek four days later.  Police reports said he had drank beer for 5 hours at the party, and when found, his blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit to drive.
