Reports that Temple sophomore Ciara Deprill died after the car she was riding in hit a concrete barrier on the Ben Franklin Bridge.  The driver,  also a Temple student Dreamah Knoll, 21, will be charged with driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter.

Temple Student Convicted of Drunken Driving For 2006 Crash

A Temple University student who was behind the wheel in a car crash that killed fellow Temple student, Ciara DePrill, on Feb. 4, 2006,  last week.

Reports that Dreamah Knoll was convicted of drunken driving.  Knoll’s blood alcohol level was 0.10 percent.
