La Crosse student died of alcohol, drowning

Reports on the investigation of the death of  University of Wisconsin-La Crosse student Jared Dion who was found dead in the Mississippi River. Autopsy results show that Jared died from a combination of high blood-alcohol level and drowning in cold water.  His blood-alcohol concentration was measured at 0.27.  Adam disappeared in the early morning after leaving downtown bars with friends.
