Reported that Marc Anthony Cocozzella was thrown from the bed of a pickup truck the truck ran into two other cars. Clemson Police charged Robert Yoder, 23, with felony DUI resulting in death. The accident occurred after the Clemson-Wake Forest game. Moments after the accident, Mr. Yoder appeared to be very intoxicated, unstable on his feet, smelling of alcohol and slurring his speech.
