Reported that Kyle Thomas Chorba, 18, o had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit 0.23 percent at the time of his fatal accident on Dec. 12.Two Bucks County 21-year-olds are charged with furnishing alcohol to minors at a party in December, the same party Kyle attended before he died after crashing into a fire station in Line Lexington.
