Lee was killed in a car accident near Houghton. The driver, William Frantz, 19, a fellow Michigan Tech student, was arrested in the single-vehicle crash.

Reports on family's memory of Lee.   Also, reported that of the five students in the vehicle at the time of the accident, Lee was the only one not wearing a seatbelt.  The vehicle was estimated to be traveling 75 to 80 mph.

Reports that after toxicology reports show that Frantz had a blood alcohol level of .15, which is well over the legal limit, an arrest warrant was issued.  Frantz is expected to be charged with operating while intoxicated, causing death. It's a 15 year felony.
