Reports that  police investigating the death of John-Paul believe alcohol was a contributing factor. Sbragia-Zoricic, 20, was seen reclining on the tracks, his head resting on a rail, just before he was run over by the train at 3:25 a.m.  Investigating police believe alcohol was a contributing factor.
