Katie Stallcup Reported that 20-year-old Auburn University student and fraternity member Scott McGregor Leighton was under the influence of alcohol when Andrew Jackson Thurmond IV in an automobile accident. Kildeer was indicted earlier this month on one count of manslaughter one count of vehicular homicide and one count of first-degree assault.
