Reported that more than 800 mourners attended Travis' funeral service. Travis died when the car he was riding in struck another vehicle, a few blocks from the Ball State University campus.

Junior registered BAC of .04, could still face charges

Reported that Ball State University student, Junior Todd Lamkin, 21,  was responsible for a fatal car accident was not legally intoxicated but could still face criminal charges.
Lamkin was the driver in the accident thad a blood alcohol level of .04 after the accident. The legal BAC limit is .08.  Lamkin passed a partial sobriety test at the scene of the accident.


"Although Lamkin's BAC was less than the legal limit, it still could have been high enough to impair his driving, Arey said."  Speed was also reported to be a factor in the accident.
