Reports that William was drunk when he arrived at a friend's apartment about 1 a.m. looking for a place to stay.  Those who lived in the apartment discovered Bobbitt dead when they woke up less than seven hours later.

Reports of the police investigation and the following quote from the Town's mayor:

"California Mayor Casey Durdines, who graduated from the university in December, said alcohol-related problems -- including underage drinking and the use of fake identification -- have been on the rise. "It's really getting to be a serious problem," Mr. Durdines said."
