"The University of Tulsa's alcohol policy is under scrutiny tonight after
police say a 19-year-old freshman overdosed on drugs and alcohol. Police say witnesses told them Isaac Perrault was
drinking and injected himself with illegal drugs on Friday night. The school allows drinking on campus if you're of
age."
