A maintenance worker found Justin's body Wednesday morning near a beachfront condominium complex in Panama City, Fla. Justin was in Panama City on a spring break trip. Reports stated that Justin had been drinking heavily during the day Tuesday.

Reported that autopsy results showed Justin Richard Delva the 170-pound man had a 0.45 blood-alcohol level.
