"Ontario County District Attorney R. Michael Tantillo will decide whether the case of a Hobart and William Smith Colleges student found dead Saturday will go to a grand jury."  Which is said to be "only if there is an arguable basis for some sort of criminal culpability."

"We've basically spent the bulk of the weekend trying to reach out to faculty and staff to help them deal with their grief. We're a small community and his death is going to be felt for quite some time," Williams said.

Kimber's grandfather, Warren Kimber Jr., is a 1956 Hobart graduate and a member of the school's board of trustees.
