Reported that Washington State University student Stuart John Robertson was found on the side of a highway.  Police were notified around 5:30 a.m. of an apparent unconscious person found along the highway.  Witnesses were with Stuart at a party where alcohol was consumed.  Stuart was seen leaving the party around midnight.  Police believe that Stuart walked near an area of cliffs and apparently fell about 40 feet to his death.
