Billings lost his life after with four others who were students at USC when the automobile in which he was riding crashed into an office building while traveling at 90 mph in a 40 mph zone.  The group was celebrating a birthday at various area bars.  The deceased student driverís blood/alcohol level was measured at .157.  Others in the automobile also were intoxicated.
