Kelsey lost her life after with four others when the automobile in which she was riding crashed into an office building while traveling at 90 mph in a 40 mph zone.  The group was celebrating Kelsey’s birthday at various area bars.  The deceased student driver’s blood/alcohol level was measured at .157.  Others in the automobile also were intoxicated.
